Bought it because of branding and Threads, but, like, it's good coffee and should be tried. I love small roasters because each one has its own sensibilities and flavor profiles. I also got a different dark roast for my partner, and he says thumbs up! Even with prices increasing, it's a great value for independent coffee and you should try one!

I heard about this coffee from someone on Instagram, I guarantee it, and I decided to get the espresso grind on purpose for a reason I can't remember because the 2020 infection gave me short term memory dysfunction. Anyway, I knew I'd bought bougie coffee because it sounded like an ethical thing to do at the time, but I was surprised to get espresso grind. Holy heck let me take a moment to thank my past self for her forward thinking because it's amazing! I used it in my French press, and it is the smoothest cup I've ever made myself. I will be getting a subscription for this blend/grind as soon as I figure out how long it takes me to go through a bag. Highly Recommend. 10/10 Sighs of Satisfaction and a Two Thumbs Up to Past Jen for doing this for me.
Both of us noticed that the coffee was extremely smooth with no negative bite to the brew. We've used them for regular plain black coffee as well as making espresso. Sadly, the one bag only made it two days for us!
