- Refunds or replacements are available for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened coffee packages. However, if there is a quality issue, we will work with you to resolve it.

Resolution:

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. We are a team of only 2, so we ask for your patience while resolving issues.

Non-Refundable Items: 

* Sale items or promotional offers

* Orders placed incorrectly by customer

* Shipping fees, unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
